Why Men in Motion Exists

Many men don’t struggle because they

lack motivation or strength.

They struggle because they’re

navigating change in isolation.

Men in Motion was created as a response

to that — a place where men can stay

connected to themselves and others

while moving through life’s transitions,

without needing to make it a “thing.”

Men in Motion grew out of the same work explored in Behind the Smile — focused on identity, honesty, and real change.

How Men in Motion Work

Session replays and occasional reflective resources are available for those who prefer to engage in their own time.

Monthly Areas

Each month offers a loose theme reflecting real-life transitions — such as identity, relationships, purpose, or direction — providing gentle structure rather than rigid curriculum.

Weekly Group Conversations

Regular facilitated conversations where men can listen, reflect, and share — without pressure to perform or participate in any particular way.
